A CAPPADOCIA
Ritorneremo per la terza volta in Cappadocia, per condividere con i più coraggiosi una settimana di cammino, panorami impressionanti, canti sufi e scoperta della nostra voce con Igor e Arianna.

Questa volta anche gli amanti del Didgeridoo potranno godersi l’acustica delle grotte e quindi questa esperienza sarà ancora più ricca. Ogni giorno sarà diverso, scopriremo luoghi incantevoli sia fuori che dentro di noi!

JOIN CAPPADOCIA

We return for the third time in Cappadocia, to share with the brave one week of walking, awesome views, Sufi songs and discovering our voice with Igor and Arianna.

This time also lovers of Didgeridoo will enjoy the acoustics of the caves and make this experience will be even richer. Every day will be different, we will discover beautiful places both inside and outside of us!

IN SVIZZERA
Ci riuniamo nel bosco, passeggiando sul Monte San Giorgio, patrimonio Unesco.
Goderemo la piscina del campeggio e la cascata con pozze di acqua cristallina meravigliosa Canteremo in una chiesa e nella natura, suoneremo all’aperto, tra cervi e daini, pecore, farfalle, mucche, galli e galline e la gatta parlante!
Potremo fare yoga, meditare e danzare nel bosco, vedere i fuochi d’artificio del lago dall’alto per 1 Agosto, la festa nazionale svizzera. Aiuteremo ad abbellire un giardino di fiori di Bach e se ci saranno piccoli gnomi, bambini, avremo amici che offriranno attività per loro. 

INTO THE WOODS

We gather in the woods, walking on the Monte San Giorgio, UNESCO world heritage site.
We will enjoy the swimming pool of the camp and the waterfall with pools of crystal clear water wonderful sing in a church and in nature, we play outdoors, including deer and fallow deer, sheep, butterflies, cows, roosters and hens and the cat talking!
We can do yoga, meditate, and dance in the woods, to see the fireworks from the lake to August 1, the Swiss National Day. We will help to beautify a garden of flowers of Bach and if there will be little gnomes, children, we will have friends who will offer activities for them.

A CORFU
Al festival per la prima volta, proponiamo una vacanzina per scoprire la scena della musica e le spiagge di Corfù in un’occasione speciale.
Relax e vari workshop inclusi nel Sound and Silence festival dove anche noi saremo presenti.
Canteremo durante il concerto e il laboratorio con Igor e cantanti da tutto il mondo e del resto saremo liberi di seguire l’intuito, sperimentare le attività proposte e incontrare chi sarà sul nostro cammino. Non escluderei la possibilità di fermarsi qualche giorno in più, viste le belle e numerose spiagge presenti sull’isola!

COME TO CORFU

At the festival for the first time, we propose a little holiday to discover the music scene and the beaches of Corfu on a special occasion. Relax and various workshops included in the Sound and Silence festival where we will be present, will sing during the concert and the workshop with Igor and singers from around the world and the rest we will be free to follow our intuition, experience the proposed activities and meet those who will be on our way. I would not exclude the possibility of stopping a few more days, given the many beautiful beaches on the island!

Una vacanza per aprire ancora di più il cuore, per abbracciare il maschile e femminile, andare oltre la dualità per sentirci uno attraverso il canto e gli esercizi proposti da Igor e Arianna.

I canti sufi ci accompagneranno, il mare vicino ci aiuterà in questo processo di purificazione e avremo anche un po’ di tempo per fare yoga, passeggiare, rilassarci e contemplare la semplicità e la meraviglia del luogo.

RETREAT SARDEGNA

A holiday to open our heart even more, embrace our male and female sides, to go beyond duality and feel one through song and exercises proposed by Igor and Arianna.

The Sufi songs will accompany us, and being near the sea will help us in this process of purification. We will also have time to do yoga, walk, relax and contemplate the simplicity and the wonder of this incredible place.
