Dear friends of Feeling Sound, as our focus has gone more and more local,
in order to help create an alternative reality made of beauty and collaboration,
we are excited to announce our move to a new Music Farm in Arillas,
ready to receive you there from June onwards!

To get your juices flowing as well, we present you with a calendar of retreats
and festivals we are involved in this summer in Arillas.
We advise you to come to these events at least a day earlier
and leave a day or more after, rather than having to change your ticket
because you love it so much :)

A gathering for pleasure, purpose & possibility

This is first gathering of the Arillas season that Feeling Sound will take part in,
organized by coaches Anne Scott & Taylor Roark of Crossing Frontiers & Galliant Life.

Their program includes yoga, meditation, breath work and other body work sessions;
creative workshops & imaginative immersions; Evening hosted conversations, concerts, music, singing, dancing.

DECODING THE VOICE
A vocal discovery retreat for all levels

"A pathway to growing awareness and authenticity, courage and freedom"
In our first retreat of the season, we will be exploring the scale of human emotions through experimentation and observation of our voices. We will discover incredible energetic possibilities for transformation of our bodies, hearts and voices.

In this retreat at the new Music Farm, we will dive into the ecstatic feeling
of freedom that the voice can give us, as well as have a good look at the shadows
and hidden emotions inherent in our individual expression.
We work with Improvisation, Breathwork, Communication skills,
Movement, Toning and Overtone singing.

SOUNDWAVES
A Sound & Water Retreat

“We are the Sound and the Instrument.
We are the Energy and the Container of it.”
Exploring the potential impact of SOUND and WATER on our multidimensional systems together with prenatal and water expert Sophia Michalopoulou of Aquagenesis.
In water sound travels faster and becomes more tangible as a wave to touch,
rather than just hear. Sound and Water invite us to deepen our awareness of ourselves
from the inside out. 

This retreat will take place on land and in water, in the sea and in a warm pool.

Vocal harmonics Retreat

A three day vocal harmonics retreat at the Music Farm, discovering the positive effects of learning vocal harmonics for healing. Sounds rich in high frequency harmonics charge the brain with energy, By learning to sing overtones you will start to resonate deep inside your body, and expand your listening capacity. Practicing vocal harmonics while connecting to our physical, emotional and mental states is essentially a shamanic practice.

"As a self-taught singer who hasn't been exposed extensively to outside teachers,
I can say that this approach is a natural human extension of our powers.
Singing with eyes closed i see light growing in front of my eyes, my body becomes still,
my mind becomes quiet and i realize a state of consciousness where intuitions,
visions and understanding of my current situation can arise.
After singing i usually find myself naturally in a more meditative state,
turned on but softened and with less tension in my system."

Women's Retreat

Embodied Feminine Practices in Nature, a five day summer retreat in Arillas with Aldebaran Sandrini, Sophia Michalopoulou and Arianna Artioli.

5 days to immerse ourselves in our juicy essence, let's re-wild by playing together in nature, connecting with the elements, inside and outside the crystal clear waters of Arillas, or in a magical olive grove. After everything we've been through for the last 2 years, it's a great time to get back to (our) wilderness!
