We sing, chant and swim with free dolphins in the sea with a respectful and aware approach. In addition to the moments of song in and out of the sea we'll develop our empathic communication and freedom of expression.

A very special one week retreat, with simple accommodation in a eco resort on the beach of southern Egypt between sea and desert, a guided group experience.

The journey will awaken your passion for nature, health and life, with different times to connect more intimately with ourselves and relate to other participants. Dolphins live in large communities, have a high sense of comunity and have a sophisticated ability to perceive and communicate. Staying with them is a unique, extremely enriching and wonderful experience.

September is the beginning of the high season of one of the best climatic periods to go to Egypt. Even the seasonal conditions of the sea are great, which we will always and only enter when everything is safe and supportive.

The place where the dolphins dwell is known as one of the best sites in the world to swim together with them. In fact, a large group spend their lives near a wonderful reef  and it is easy to see them, to get in the water and to swim together. However, the dolphins being free beings in their natural environment we can not guarantee that we will meet them for sure.

This holiday also offers plenty of time to relax and stay in contact with nature, experiencing the days with a lifestyle and a relaxing and natural pace. A hike in the desert is also part of this stay.

Igor
Ezendam

Dutch singer, voice-coach and multi-instrumentalist Igor Ezendam is inspired by  Tuvan (Mongolia), Tibetan, Sufi, Native American, African, Aboriginal and all the world's freestyle singers.
He specializes in a overtone singing technique with a double whistle-like sound in his voice. He teaches his self taught techniques that help develop vocal freedom and overtones in the voice gladly. He spends his free time loving his companion and making magic wands, readying himself for singing to you in his wand readings.

Arianna
Artioli

Arianna Artioli, a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga and Meditation and Anukalana Yoga, attended the Learning Love Training with Krishnananda and Amana, working on the inner child and our emotional wounds.
 She's passionate about Kirtan, Hawaiian chants and sacred dances, Bach Flowers, psychosomatics, empathic communication ... and vegetarian cuisine. Since 2010 she accompanies Igor in his  harmonic singing seminars, adding a humorous and devotional vein and a little bit of healthy movement.

Nicola
Molino

Nicola Molino is expert in group travels in nature. Rebirther and conductor paths on the art of living. Leads swimming trips with dolphins at sea with a respectful approach.
He may also help participants who wish to improve their approach with water and go beyond their patterns and limiting habits.

Basic information

Investment for a week full board
is 1625 Euros (based on 16 participants)

The price above is valid for the respective minimum of paying people with accommodation in double tent. The tent has a shared bathroom. Possibility to book the royal tent or a chalet for a surcharge.

Dolphins and Harmonics Program

Saturday 12

Meeting at Milan Malpensa airport and departure to Marsa Alam, on arrival meeting with a local assistant and transfer to eco resort that is two and a half hour drive south of the airport, in a beautiful desert area and away from the routes of mass tourism. Upon arrival, accommodation in tents or in the rooms and dinner (if the flight arrives late dinner is cancelled).

Sunday 13

In the morning after breakfast the day will be dedicated to acclimatizing, to relax and an introduction to the retreat to swim with the dolphins free in the sea. In the morning withdrawal of equipment and first trip by boat to the reef near the village. Lunch and free time till late afternoon, when we begin the guided group sessions. Dinner and overnight.
Monday 14

In the morning breakfast and departure for the  boat excursion to swim with the dolphins. Return for lunch, free time and late afternoon guided group session. Dinner and overnight.

Tuesday 15

In the morning breakfast and departure for the boat trip to swim with the dolphins. Return for lunch, free time and late afternoon guided group session. Dinner and overnight.

Wednesday 16

A half day hike in the desert and a day of guided fasting (suggested). Free time to relax between personal activities and reflection. Dinner and overnight.
Thursday 17

In the morning breakfast and departure for the  boat excursion to swim with the dolphins. Return for lunch, free time and late afternoon guided group session. Dinner and overnight.

Friday 18

A last goodbye to the dolphins before departure with similar program at the end of the day on Thursday and guided group session. Dinner and overnight.

Saturday 19

Day partially available for leisure and transfer to the airport in time for your return flight.
Important note: Sometimes we will share the lagoon with other boats that are often invasive towards the dolphins.

The way we approach them will instead be very respectful and we will also be supportive in protecting them in some circumstances. They are very curious and tend to approach, to stay close to those who swims slowly, reaching even very close.

All tours depart from our village and to reach the dolphin reef takes about 30-40 minutes by boat.
If you have the equipment, bring a 3mm wetsuit, mask, snorkel and flippers to swim comfortably in the sea with dolphins. The equipment can also be rented at the resort. Report preference when booking.

It is recommended to eat the provided vegetarian menu. Please indicate your choice and your needs of diet at the time of booking.

Excursions: All the excursions can be paid only on the spot and in cash.
