Arianna Benedetta Artioli

A journey from searching to remembering.
From healing ourselves to reconnecting with the living world.

Picture

Arianna Benedetta Artioli is a researcher, facilitator, and cultural weaver devoted to trauma healing, reconnection, and regeneration. Born in Italy, Arianna now works internationally, dividing her time between writing, teaching and collaborative projects across Europe. In her work she brings together decades of experience in yoga, somatic therapy, ancestral healing, Bach flower remedies, and Earth-based wisdom.

After more than a decade working in wellness and holistic events in Switzerland—including co-creating the Massaggia-ti! Festival and collaborating with Mutamenti magazine—Arianna gradually shifted her focus toward inner inquiry, spiritual exploration, and community transformation.

Her path has been shaped by many traditions, including Western psychology, somatic and trauma-informed approaches, and Indigenous and Earth-based wisdom. Among those who have influenced her journey are Selene Calloni Williams, Gabor Maté, Linda Thai, and Krishnananda and Amana Trobe.

Alongside her partner Igor Olivier Ezendam, Arianna co-leads Feeling Sound workshops and retreats, offering sacred singing, sound healing, overtone singing, and emotional integration in more than fifteen countries. Together, they also support local ecology and permaculture projects while dreaming and co-creating new ways of living.

Arianna’s work is rooted in a simple but profound belief:
we are not broken—we are disconnected. And reconnection is the medicine.

Arianna's current work explores regeneration, relational intelligence, community building and the meeting point between neuroscience, ecology and culture. Through writing, workshops and collaborations she continues to investigate one central question: how can human beings remember their place within the living world?

Books & Writings

Arianna Benedetta is the author of the Authenticity Series, a collection of books exploring wellbeing, trauma, relationships and our journey back into connection.

In 13 Steps to Wellbeing, she offers simple yet profound practices to prepare the inner ground for change — reconnecting with the body, presence and a more authentic way of caring for ourselves.

Her second book, Something Is Deeply Wrong, explores the roots of our collective disconnection through trauma, psychology, history and ecology, inviting us to rediscover our relationship with ourselves, each other and the living Earth.

Her writings reflect a lifelong exploration of one essential question: how can we return to a more connected, conscious and alive way of being?

Today Arianna continues to write, facilitate retreats
and collaborate with Feeling Sound while developing new projects exploring regeneration, authentic relationships and the culture of reconnection. Her current work invites people not only to heal themselves, but to participate in creating communities and cultures where life can flourish.
