One
day, playing didjeridoo inside a big empty metal cabinet, hearing
everything around me vibrate, I got happy.
I was twentyone, at the art academy of The Hague in Holland.
I decided I wanted to create an instrument where i could be
INSIDE THE SOUND.
I went ahead and designed
a prototype of a Giant Didge,
calling it "The Circular Horn",
an Uroboros, symbol of life,
eternity and rebirth. |

Since
then the Circular Horn
has been exhibited at the Museum
of Modern Art in Amsterdam
and the Académie des Beaux Arts
in Paris and been played at concerts
in Holland and France.
This sound sculpture, the musician playing inside his own instrument,
is in further development.
A Circular Horn in thin layered wood
that really vibrates the surface,
or a Horn in see-through epoxy,
